It’s summertime and the mosquitoes are biting….these West Nile virus carriers just love to breed in the swimming pools of foreclosed/abandoned  properties. Not only does Arizona have this problem, Sacramento, CA has had an issue with the mosquitoes, too.

I hope that you’re enjoying your favorite beverage. Today takes us to the East Coast with some fascinating news. From mid-July to October 2008 NYC will “highlight and celebrate the dramatic revitalization of the City’s waterfront” with the New York City Waterfalls . The four man-made waterfalls will be “erected in New York harbor” as “part of a public art project” and “will be lit after sunset”.  This news is just another reason why I love NYC!
